C5 2.2HDi 53 plate... and Lexia?

Hello guys,

Before I start pulling my hair out, could I ask for your opinion, I had a good working set of Lexia cables, but I given them to a friend.
I today got delivered from the same person I bought the first set, a new set Rev C apparently. I installed 7.49 Diagbox version.
When I connect the OBDII cable the Diagbox does not seem to be able to recognise the car, no VIN nothing..., however when I do automatic detection I do hear the click sounds on the USB module, so that might be working and recognised without a problem.

Any ideas on how could I plug in and diagnose my faults

Well after attempts, I managed to talk to the injection / esp / suspension
Still would not recognise the VIN automatically though

but not on anything else on the car, when I have time I will try to do a complete BSI restart etc...
But for now I am not in a hurry
