Removing window glass?

iirc the mechanism needs to be undone from the door so that the rollers can be slid out of the window chanel on the bottom, and any trims around the window need to come out too as they take up a fair bit of space!! then it should be able to be wiggled out, easier to get out of a door than refit!!
if you grinder the door make sure you cover the glass as the shards of metal will melt into the surface of the glass, i forgot when doing some bits on the car and have a couple of spots on the screen!!
