Will not start. 1997 laguna 2000 Auto

I have recently bought a 1997 Laguna 2.0 litre Auto. Both keys operate the central locking system. Engine turns over but will not start. Have checked and no spark at plugs. I suspect something wrong with the immobilizer system. Any ideas anyone please.

Think your engine is flooded, experienced this with renos in the past. Floor the gas pedal while trying to start the engine.

Gave it a try but the car still would not start. Ah well looks like I'll have to get my local Renault dealer to look at it. Thanks all the same.

All sorted now thanks........ Duh, I accidently dislodged engine management fuse.[:(!]
