Perished rubbers

Does anybody know if I can still buy window and door seal rubbers for my Xantia ,because mine have perished and make an awful mess when I try to polish the car.I would imagine other models use the same pattern but I don't know which.I would like to change them IF it passes the mot

My local dealer says he has nothing in stock and nothing available ,hence the question !!!
