Re the vac pump, yes, the oil feed is at the bottom right, and there is an o-ring that fits in the triangular groove. There are only 2 bolts holding the vac pump on - one is extended and has the ball on the end which supports the air intake pipe. You may well find that inlet filter to the vac pump is blocked, which may have caused high pressure - if this is the case, then I would take the top off the vac pump and inspect its internals. If it is full of small bits of burnt plastic / carbon, then I would strongly advise dropping the sump and cleaning the oil pick up, and removing the turbo oil feed filter. Of course, all that is academic if it's the turbo return....
Has it got a DPF? There appear to be 3 seal sets, ranging from £8.50 - £11.50. If I've got the right one, I could send you the old one out of mine to get you going.... Non DPF only lists 2 of the seal sets.
