It's easy enough to delete the thread with the admin tools once reported, anyhow.

Possibly a fishing exercise by one of the security agencies, to see who's interested in obtaining false docs.

I wonder if the mods would have a reprobate like me on their team simply to delete crud like this, as I seem to work very odd hours when they might not be awake..

They should, if you were a global moderator you could delete or lock threads in any forum.
