Run your car details through here and it will give you the info you need:
http://total-gbr.lubricantadvisor.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I think Castrol and other major oil companies do simlar oil selector websites.

Quartz INEO ECS 5W - 30

MOBIL 1 ESP FORMULA 5W-30 Capacity 5.3l

I have used both. Same year same engine but wouldn't adhere to the recommended oil change schedule.
Rick.

2013 Citroen DS 5 D/Sport
2007 Renault Clio Campus sport. 1.2l

Sometimes the change doesn't work.

I'm currently running Total Quartz INEO ECS 5W-30 in my 2.0 HDi, managed to get it really cheap (compared to average retail prices)

Nielsen CDG seem to be consistently cheap for Total oil in the UK, otherwise there's Opie oils but they don't list Total 5W30. Other low cost oil suppliers are also undoubtedly available :-D

Do I need to point out I'm from outside of the UK? ... :D ... If there's free shipping within the EU from them, I would gladly order if it would be cheaper than mine ...

You need a low SAPS / ash oil - and the one thing they are not is cheap.... with 2 1.6 HDis here and 2 changes a year on each, I am looking at £100 / year in oil costs :roll:

Although Neilson (good link that!) are doing the Total 5W30 at £21.59 / 5l and free delivery if you order over £60...worth a punt, I'll look next time - just bought some for the next change.
