Hi here are two pics of what look like bump stops for the rear o/s and rear n/s.

Where is the best place to buy replacements and how easy to fit?

Citroen dealer had them last time I got some, and they were not expensive at all. They twist off and twist on. about £8 each or something.

Yours dont actually look as bad as mine. Mine had all but disappeared! Just a bit of the wider flat black bit at the bottom was left. They must take 10 years or more to wear down.

That doesn't seem too bad.

....If the ride height at the rear of the car is a bit low the bump stops can be shot in as little as 2 years !

Will the fact that one bump stop, on the o/s is perished and the other on the n/s still has some rubber left on, have a difference on the stance when the car is parked, i.e. is that the reason why may car slightly lower at the rear on the o/s?

No, none at all when the car is stopped and not moving as the bump stops only come into play when the car is fully down on the suspension either having sunk there or purposely put into low on the height lever...

Most Xantias I've known look a bit lop-sided. Nothing to fret about...

Phew that's good news Is there anything that can be done? I will probaly leave the lop-sidedness as is, but just want to know.

Not really, on my Activa I found it was an illusion due to the wings not being accurate and thus resulting in theheir edges sitting at different heights relative to the top of the tyres..

Do a proper ride height check by measuring from the subframes and you may find all is well....
