You don't say what happens when you move the height control to each of its 4 positions (waiting 30 seconds at each position). Does the rear go up and down as it should but the front stays on the bump stops (down on the floor)?

If so, the only thing that I can think of that fits the symptoms is that the security valve is stuck shut.

Hi yes that is exactly what is happening but there is fluid getting to the height corrector.

It won't be the security valve - that would prevent the rear suspension working as well as both front and rear suspension are fed from the security valve.

My first guess would be that when you refitted the height corrector you accidentally reversed the inlet and return pipes - these are the two steel pipes that are side by side on one edge of the height corrector. It's an easy mistake to make, and it causes the height corrector to work back to front.

If they are reversed and the manual height lever is in the normal position the suspension will stay right down because the height corrector is trying to open the port to the high pressure supply to lift the suspension but it is actually the overflow return.

I would try idling the engine and set the manual override lever on the console fully down and leave it for a full 5 minutes - bet you it starts to rise at the front after a few minutes.

If it does, fully raise the height lever for 5 minutes to let the front suspension go down, turn off the engine, open the pressure regulator bleed screw, then reverse the two pipes again.

If the problem is not reversed pipes you need to check carefully that the height corrector linkage is adjusted correctly and not jammed out of position.

One other thing it could be is a faulty anti-sink valve for the front suspension but that seems unlikely.
