advise on fitting a new rear hydrolic ram

Hello all ive just ordererd a new rear hydrolic ram and boot fron Citroen, its a c5 2.2hdi 2002 plate and should have the Hydractive hydraulic suspension 3+ with the 2.2hdi DW12TED4 ,, ive bought LDS from citroen and just want to know if the system will need bleeding after or not can anyone help please with the correct procedure, also will i need a facom 920 tool i understand you can also use a brake and clutch kit but unsure whitch one..
