That plastic strip that runs front to back on the bottom side of the parcel shelf on my C5, with a hooky bit on the end?
It infuriates me to be wrong when I know I'm right

To hook the boot carpet onto whilst getting access to the spare wheel. There is a loop on the carpet.

I use it for takeaways. Hang my curry in the boot and it doesn't spill on the way home. 8-)

Well how very Citroen :-D Thanks. Mines broken off so I guess someone must have been greedy at the takeaway...
