Xantia rear height corrector roll bar clamp ?

Hi All,

Does anyone have a second hand height corrector roll bar clamp for the rear suspension of a Xantia ? The bit that goes between the roll bar and the nylon dog bone link.

It's for a good cause - it's for northern_mike's Xantia V6 to try to stop it being scrapped before I get a chance to look at it and possibly buy it!

You grow Xantia parts in your garden Jim ? Where can I get a bag of those seeds....

If you could have a look that would be much appreciated...

Thanks - I know they're still available new but the problem is if I buy the car we would probably be meeting half way in Preston - which means he has to fix it before driving to Preston. And I don't think he's very inclined to put a new part on it just before selling it after the grief it's given him. Getting any S/H link onto it to get the car mobile for that journey may be the only way to save it from the scrap man...

I have a Citroen dealer about 3 miles away. Being a 60 zone all the way there apart from the first 1/2 mile it doesn't take me long to get there.

I don't really have a great deal of choice to be honest. It'll have to wait until I'm inclined to do something other than glare at it and swear though.

I've just checked the subframe and it's already gone I'm afraid..

I have one !

Not sure of the anti roll bar diameter on your car but this clamp looks to be suitable for about 21/22mm. It even has the spring wire clip that's supposed to stop the dogbone jumping off.

Quite happy to let you borrow it if it helps and it can be posted back in the fullness of time, was a spare I picked up last year with a height corrector. Could drop it off to your location Friday evening when I go to Ceroc.
