ZX Heater

Hi, my ZX, The heater on my dear old ZX only blows out heat at 30 mph or fasterr ! when the car is static, heater on, I only get cold air.....how bizarre ! any help gratefully received, cheers Terry. I need to be moving ......to get any heat !

What does the temperature gauge say? Sounds like the thermostat is not working, and the engine is running cold. Othewise, there's air in the heater loop, or the water pump has had it (although I would expect this to result in the engine overheating).

or maybe the coolant is below the correct level
