Reverse light strangeness with LED's

I fitted a pair of mega bright LED arrays in the reverse light position, but this seems to have upset the parking sensors which now work at random and sometime beep when moving forward. Guess I will have to try adding a ballast resistor as is required with LED indicator lamps.

It sounds like there is just too much juice going thru to the earth and feeding back into the sensors.

i think the ones that are needed are SMB or ones suitable for CANBUS vehicles as these have the required bits in them to avoid issues like this.
