guys
the locks keep rotating in the barrels and not registering at all about 50% of the time. is there any sort of aftermarket replacement for all of this and does anybody have any diagrams tips etc ...

I would try using a thin oil in the locks first. On the Xantia locks, if somebody uses the wrong key the barrel rotates in the way yours does. It would be fair to suggest a lock that has dried out might do the same.

Worn keys will also rotate in the barrel.
Sometimes pushing it in firmly will effect a temporary cure.
