Brake shoe ID help please!

Hi All,

These shoes have part number 4193.21 stamped on the back of them. Does anyone know what on earth they are off? Could either be a 4, 5 or 6 of indeterminate vintage. They are front axle shoes.

The main thing is that it suggests the brakes are likely to be from a Renault 6.
