replace bottom valve gasket now wont start

hi all replace bottom valve gasket on xsara 1.9 everything seem to to be put back as was. tryed to stat after and she turn over forever but no go. glow plug seem ok. any ideas thank n advance

sorry. the rocker cover gasket there is 2 one is rubber and the other is just sealer.no other work done but it was kind raining while i was doing it.thank
