The service manager knew I was slating them on a public Facebook page and he asked me if I thought that was fair to which I asked him if it was fair to have my car for over 2 weeks before they even looked at it. I also told him that if they had done the job in record time at a decent price I would praise them in public. He replied ok fair enough.
