Gearbox swap 406

Hi. I have 406 coupe v6 with automatic gearbox 4hp20. 6 months ago a had some issue with this gearbox so a went to gearbox mechanic. They check a car and diagnosed that a have to change a oil pomp and converter. So I decided to repair it. After that time a still chave a problems becouse when oil in box heat up it slips between 1 to 2 and 2 to 3th gear and also and I feel tugging when its go from 2nd to 1st. Now I'm scared to driving long distances becouse I'm not sure did gearbox gone meake it... This is why I wont to swap automatic to manual. I found some manual instruction hove to do something like this but in Citroen xm. It's the same gearbox and engine but I'm worry abouts electronics staff. Can anyone help my somehow or suggest how to start with this swap. What you think can I use this instruction? That will be a massive job,there is so much to do and so many parts needed,mind boggling !! unless you have a complete manual car available for all the parts needed I would say,think again,its just not worth it ???

Yes for me It's worth becouse I put some money in this car and I know that engine is in good condition. I already start to looking for some damage car with manual box and I will took off parts that I need to swap

Why dont you get the gearbox overhauled by an auto specialist??
