There's also a Xantia.zip file which contains the complete BoL as a numbered jpeg scan of each page. Not as handy as a pdf, but actually more useful as you can easily have (bits of) multiple pages visible at once (e.g. Index and several pages) - very useful when the text in Section 5.8 says "... for removal see Section 2.17..." or the text refers to illustrations on the next or previous page.
