1994 citroen zx n/a bosch injector pump seal

evening all

new to the site
im replacing the injector pump shaft seal and thought someone must know were i can pick one up.
the pump number is nr 0460 484 055 ver425-2 xud201
also any body got a how to get a duff glow plug out that's been chewed up.
ive look through the stickys but couldn't find anything.
im in doncaster.

problem is the zx had a lucas pump on which i changed for a bosch about 4 years ago.
the pump came off a citroen automatic so maybe it was a 2.1 engine.
this is a list of injector pumps and it doesn't seem to be on for some strange reason?.

regards the glow plug could a nut be wielded to the glow plug to get it out.

pump problem fix by replcing it with a bosch pump off the same model.
