1.4hdi - are they any good?

Looking to change our old tired 206 and wondered what these small Diesel engines are like? I know the 1.6hdi has turbo problems, is the 1.4 the same, anything to look out for? Thanks

They seem far less prone to turbo issues.. cheap to tax in the uk at either 20 or 30 quid a year but I found they arent exactley the 70 mpg engine you think they might be. More 50 mpg because its working a bit harder then normal.
