Xantia Series 1 Keyfob

I have the old Xantia keyfob with the IR blip and deadlock/alarm button. Anyone know where I can get a replacement case for it? The board is fine, the buttons are solid and the IR LED is securely soldered to the board, however the external plastic case is shabby and the rubber has ripped allowing crud to get on the board. I want the nip the problem in the bud before it makes the board go pop but can't find a case anywhere. Fleabay is no use, only showing older RF keyfob cases. Has anyone got any ideas?

I got one from the dealer a few years back. Don't let them swap the innards over for you - I did, big mistake that cost me an extra £17 and a long wait. It's a simple process.
