c5 estate 2002 rear bumper

Hi everyone. My c5 estate was run into by a range rover a few weeks ago and I have just got it back from insurance repair and it looks like new. Only thing is the top of my rear bumper is really pitted and scratched and now really shows up as the rest of the car is so pristine. On the bumper there is a big removable type sticker which is whats making it look ugly. Is this something that can be replaced or are there any solutions to bring it back to looking good without having to replace the actual bumper? Many thanks...Tim
