pomp lucas delphi dpc ( low)

I open the diesel pump to adjust it and after that I close it...but now when I start the car the rpm is low. I want to know please where is the problem? engine dw8 pomp lucas delphi dpc

when I manually increase 1000rpm the engine,and start the car with the first gear,the rpm goes 600rpm and than lower and in the end the engine switch off.thank you
