After a lot of careful consideration, i've finally gone and done it. I went and bought the car i've been wanting for ages... So here she is...

Hey! Thank you all for the welcome. Glad I found this place. Of course as soon as I posted here, work got stupid busy and I never got a minute to come back. Sorry. I'm getting my new car tomorrow though, so I'll start a new thread and not derail this one any further. That Xantia deserves some love. :-)
