Thanks for asking! I am a lot better, massive improvement in the last 2 weeks. Not had any back pain to speak of, and nothing down my leg for the last 10 days. I can drive comfortably and I've been into work this week.
Still taking it easy though, as I don't want to aggrivate it again. Citroen fettling and messing around in tractors is banned.
