hi all got a problem with passenger side wiper sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt
is this a known fault....
also how do you remove the wiper arm off the spindle.
and does anyone local newcastle upon tyne area has a lexia to see what the problem is

Hi Peter

It's not that common, but it's not unknown either - each wiper has its own motor / ECU controller unit, and they can fail. No idea if they can be repaired, new ones are dealer only, and about £225... Might be able to get a 2nd hand one. Not had the wiper arms off, but looks like there is a cap to lever off, then nut to undo, then you will need a puller to pull the arm off the spindle.
