Changing C5 Front Parking Sensor without removing bumper?

Is it possible to change the front parking sensors on a 2005 MkII C5 without removing the front bumper? My lexia says I have one which isn't working.
At the moment I do not have the engine undertray fitted if that makes a difference.

You can remove sensors with their panels without removing bumper by pulling them, but mounting clips are prone to breaking. If you are doing it the very first time, I suggest to remove bumper, so you can examine how those panels are mounted.

Two of the front sensors are fixed to the fog light plastic.
If the broken one is one of them then you can just remove the plastic without removing the bumper.

Inner ones also have their removable panels.
