I had my tracking done 8 months ago. But I will be fitting my new peugeot partner P bushes on my 306 hdi. I'm just wandering does it make a difference to the tracking?

Not necessarily but it could, to be on the safe side I would have it checked afterwards otherwise you could have excessive and uneven tyre wear.

yes it can and will,
it is always recommended to fix/sort all/any arm bush and swivel joint issues before having tracking set up/adjusted,
i would have the tracking done after masking sure you have no other suspension joint issuse,
preferably NOT by a National tyre/exhaust center
