Citroen C4 2005 Electric problem

Hello everybody. Can you help me with a problem ? I've bought a C4 yesterday, but it has a problem. The lights or controlls from the steering wheel are not working. The buzzer too. What can be ? What to check ? Look some images with errors from lexia.

The images are not visible (at least for me) in the topic that you have linked to. Oddly, the domain postimg.org can't be resolved by any of the (3) DNS servers I have tried.
