Immobiliser issue! HELP!

Changed the MAF sensor today! Disconnected the battery to do so and left it for about an hour. Also added some snazzy engine cover clips so it now stay on! Hooray!

Then I went to start the car. It wont start and the Electronic immobiliser ignition light is lit. Have only tested it with Remote key so far, have a 2nd key I havent tried!

Help, how can I make my car realise that I am its owner????

happened to me twice.. the fuse / relay board in the engine has a bad contact.. if all else fails, bash it a bit

Is the fuse/relay board the black box next to the battery?

Is there a better way to try to fix this problem, not that I am ad-versed to bashing, but generally like to try something a bit less 'pikey' first.

Same problem left me carless for a week in 2012..
until i accidentally knocked that area..

I will one day take mine apart and find the bad contact but when its nicer out
