ZX TD intercooler pipes (Help!)

Post by zxdyson »

Hi,
Can someone tell me where the two air pipes in the side of the intercooler (actually to a device on the side of the intercooler) go? They are marked J & K i think, and one of them goes to the turbo inlet duct, but i really can't find/remember where the second goes.
Also, when changing the coolant, how can you get the heater bleed to run fully? the other two bleeds run free of bubbles but the heater one can only get water out if i suck slightly on the bleed. Does this mean there is a blockage?
Any help, especially with the intercooler pipes is appreciated!

you need to use a header tank on top of the expansion tank. You could use one of those 1 litre bottles with a few elastic bands round the bottle neck.

The pipes you are refering to are the crankcase breather pipes, the other end goes to the oil filler tube.
