Hi Guys, got a problem with my c5 mark 1 I have noticed that if have the car on full lock, either left or right hand turn, the left tyre sounds as if it is seriously scrubbing. Only two days ago I noticed that when i repeated this manouver the tyre jumped from under the car and made a hell of a noise? It is as though the wheels are not aligned correctly when turning !!! But recently I had the wheel allignment checked and it was spot on ?
Any ideas? Cheers Kev.

Re: c5 steering problem
I never like using full lock for any longer than absolutely necessary

Re: c5 steering problem
problem solved.
I took it to a performance car centre which uses very precise allignment tools. they found out that the passenger side was towing in by 4 degrees and the drivers side by 1degree. Now it corners perfectly, even on full lock! No scrubbing.
