Late registration perhaps? It's happened with others and it's got the keypad of a MK1 so it's not likely to be a replacement front and back.

How hard would it be to transplant the activa system onto a HDi?

That could prove to have some merit, that and a remap would be pretty special :D

It'd be easier to transfer a 110 engine to an activa

At 25k+ miles a year, a V6 is out of the question :(

And I use a V6 as a daily driver...

My mileage is about 20K as well... Per decade that is...
