Can any one tell me how they work, is there a valve for front and rear jets or a non reutrn valves etc? so i can have a look over the weekend

Xantia Front & rear Washer jets
Hi All, my Citroen Xantia Estate HDI has just developed a strange problem. When you activate the front washer jets the water now squirts out the front and the rear jets at the same time. They also have less pressure?
Can any one tell me how they work, is there a valve for front and rear jets or a non reutrn valves etc? so i can have a look over the weekend

Just had the same problem on a ford, you need a new washer motor, one does both front/rear sets, when a bit worn it does both simultaneously.
BXs since 1993 built 1.9 TZD turbo, got a S2 Xantia estate, brilliant car! 2013, Xantia HDI LX 110 2000 new car with 122,000, l C2 HDI Rusty rocket, C3 Picasso HDI new to me.
