I think you probably can but its not easy, there is a lot of dismantling to do and very little room to do it. A Haynes manual should be some help, if you can't get a 407 one the 406/C5/306/206 use the same engine. On my XM I had to remove both manifolds complete with turbocharger, I suspect you may have to do the same.

Something tells me (in the back of my mind and I could be wrong!) you need to drop the driveshafts out or the offside one at least and then take the turbo off in situ then finally the manifold.

I don't think you can get at it all "as is" and pull it out in one piece on the HDi unlike the XUDT (despite what's said its possible on these I know I did it) As I say could be wrong with a 307...

I'd guess you'd need to take off the wipers and plastic scuttle from bottom of windscreen, then slacken off the engine mounts and move it forward. You have to do that to get to the EGR valve and that's in the same vicinity.

Here's a screenshot from the Haynes manual, I think you're OK:

I'd guess its step 6 in that, the turdy blower piping...

Yeah, Haynes excels at that. No doubt the Turbo ducts removal instructions in Section 4 comprise of:

Removal of Turbocharger ducts
1. Slacken off engine mounts.
2. Remove engine.
