407 Indicator Stalk Button

Hi all
i know this has been covered before in another thread(its still uncertain what is does)
Has anyone with a wiring diagram or previous experience can please tell me what color or number of the wires connected to it, or if its possible to open up.

I have just fitted a 7" gps and i want to keep the car as original looking as possible and would like to use this button to switch the gps on and off..

I Have a 407 GT multimedia, my indicator stalk button is for the voice command system.
