C2 VTR 16" Alloy wheels

Hi Guys,
does anyone own one of these, or work in a Citroen garage that has one?
I've seen a set for sale, but don't know the following important stats:
PCD - I need 108
Offset - I need between 15mm - 18mm
Width - the above offset applies to a 7" wheel.
