10 40 engine oil

Hi, just been offered , cheap, some 10 40 diesel engine oil, just wondered , is ok to put in the Xantia? thanks in advance Terry,.

terry, selling some semi syth, see for-sales.. needs a home,, should be ideal..

10/40 is fine although if i were purchasing i would by a universal 10/40 semi synthetic, as it is usually a bit cheaper than a dedicated diesel oil
