One for Paul, maybe? I'm looking at a new (BGA) gasket and wondering.
On a PRV motor, which end carries oil to the camshaft - or is it both?
At the head gasket end with two little "ears" there's a hole about 5/16 inch that's beaded with sealant, just near a head bolt hole.
At the end with one tab and the identifying notches, there's a slightly larger hole (with sealant beading) near one of the dowelled head bolt holes.
Would help my thought processes to know which one it is (or both!) that carries the oil pressure up. I presume spent oil returns via the cam chain area.
Ta, Adam.
