Hi,
I have recently purchased a 54 Citroën Relay 2.0 HDi that I am planning on converting into a camper. Before I plough on into the conversion I wanted to give the van a service. So far I have changed the oil and the air and oil filters, have purchased a fuel filter and have topped up the coolant (but just with water).
Could someone please advise me regarding how to change the fuel filter and also other things that I should do (contaminate trap, change the coolant, how to check the belts). The van is just coming up to 100K and I am aware that there is something on the fuel system at the engine end that should be aligned, a hint on this would also be great.
I have a Peter Russek workshop manual but the lack of an index is slowing me down a lot.
Thanks in advance,
Mark

Re: 54 Citroën Relay 2.0 HDi Service
hi Mark
has the van got any history?
assuming not, then transmission oil, and cambelt (plus kit) water pump.. at 100K they are right on for a change
others will be more help ,,
great idea., been thinking about doing the same... pics at start and throughout would be good
what is your budget (conversion) and rough time frame?
