C5 exclusive overspeed warning

hi,
can anybody please tell me how I alter the overspeed warning on the c5 exclusive?? the handbook just tells you how to do it which is how i did ot on my old c5 but i don't know how to do it on this, I got to the point where it tells me to enter the speed I want to program but I don't know how to do that?? I'm guessing someone will know here,thanks :-D

You're talking about the speed limiter function? If so, for the C5 X7, here's the manual pages on that topic:

It really depends which year C5 you have. If its an early shape C5 then that is very different to the facelifte original C5 which is pretty similar in use to the C5III.

The early C5 doesn't have it as part of the cruise stalk function, it is in the central screen menu which you change by being on the right screen in the menu, driving at the desired warning speed and pressing and holding the end of the wiper stalk ... I think, I've only tried once and I got bored of the warning! You can turn it off, fortunately.

You need to select the correct mode (cruise speed or speed limit). You then set the desired speed with buttons 1 and 2

Ah yes, I missed that. I read in another post about an Exclusive SE, which is phase 1 C5.
