Which wheels do you prefer?

Some of you might have seen me mention about some different wheels before but I thought I'd pop a poll up on here...

At the moment my C4 is running it's original 17" "Pastenague" alloys finished in a sort of matt/off Black colour...

What I've been tempted with are the 19" "Cairns" alloys from the DS4 and DS5 which are also finished in a matt/off Black Colour...

Here's a quick photoshop - the colours are not 100%, but are nearer the top left of the front wheel...

Opinions welcome...!

I've potentially found a set for a reasonable price, just got to see what's what but wondered what opinion was...

Although the last poll was asking to have a C4 in Red or Black, you all said Red and I went for the Black one...

I think the black ones are better, both for the "stealth" effect, and for comfort. How hard would the ride be on the 19" wheels? Ouch!

Those wheels work well for black car but id have them other way round for mine....silver with black detail

Sorry, black doesn't do it for me, might as well have painted steel wheels.

Agree with citroenxm, Alloy in its natural colour or close to it, is best.

I have to agree with the comments above.

On the black wheels you can barely even see the spokes/design on them they just seem to get lost on the car.

On the seconds ones you've posted you can at least see a silver outline which looks good but for me I think all wheels should be a nice bright/clean silver finish.

I would do the 19's The detailing goes well with the graphics on the doors.

Never liked alloys at all they are heavy and cumbersome just try changing a wheel in the rain at the side of the road.
always run on steel wheels and always will. easier to balence to no stick on weights falling off at breakneck speeds.
as for colour the second ones look better as they pick up the graphics better doesn't the different size affect your speedo calibration?
