Hi, my berlingo is booked in for a MOT at 11.30 and I knew the airbag light was on (and has been for 8 years or so), so I had a look in the Haynes book but all it said was to take the car in to a Citroen dealer. A quick search of the Citroen section pointed me straight at the rather pathetic underseat wiring connectors and I had it fixed 10 minutes later with a blob of solder.

A lot of models have this "concern" although its normally quickly remedied as you discovered.
