Somerset Indie Citroen Specialist

Hi, this may be the wrong place for this one, or I may have not searched in the right area.

Does anyone know of a good independent Citroen specialist garage in Somerset / Bristol? We only seem to have Howards around our parts and they are on the high side of expensive for the work we want done. Any recommendations would gratefully received.

I use Phil Hunt in Dorset nr Sterminster Newton ..TOP chap.....whats the problem ?

It can be well worth the trouble to travel for specific Citroen problems

I'm not sure if they're still going but C H Salters of Ottery St Mary are a Citroen specialist. I've not personally used them, I've heard mixed reviews.

If it's a 2CV or H van you want looking at it's a different story, you've got Frome 2CV.

I also would recommend Salters if they are still there, have not had any work done by them but always used to get my spares from them.

There's one in Langport called Westover Garage and is located down in the dark depths of the Westover Trading Estate on the Taunton side of town on the site of the old West Railway Station.

They have no website but can be reached on 01458 252252 and their postcode is TA10 9NZ

I have no experience of them but know they specialise in older Citroens and judging by the number of tidy Xantias and BXs running around Langport they must do a good job.
