Before the regulator was cutting in at 155bar and cut out was 165 bar, should be around 145 to 175?
I put one 1mm shim in and it raised it but also raised the cut in pressure!

Normal cut in is 145 bars, cut out 170.
I wouldn't worry about the original cut in pressure being slightly higher than normal so long as the cut out pressure isn't too high.
I'm assuming that you've got the bleed screw slightly open during your videos ?

Yeh just undone it slightly to cause it to drop and raise, might pop another 0.3mm shim in to raise it to just over 175 bar.

Hi all, does anyone have a theory why the cut in pressure was also raised when I only shimmed the cut out spring!? How do you go about lowering the cut in pressure, is it a case of removing the regulator spring behind the metal cap and adding or removing shims, not too sure as I've not looked at this spring yet.
Cheers.
