The toe in on my 2006 C5 wears my rear wheels down faster then the front wheels. As far as I can see the only way to decreas the toe-in would be to bend the "axle"
Is that possible without cutting, welding or heating?

I think (correct me if I am wrong), is that not the sign of Radius Arm bearing being shot ??

Your absolutely right about it's the sign of busted bearings. But since I replaced my bearings a year ago, I can't imagine them to be rusted away already. But I will open up to check all is ok before doing anything else.
Stupidly I did not measured the toe angles after replacing the bearings! I noticed it when towing a trailer and looking in the sidemirrors I can see the trailer is not following straigh behind the car. Have not measured the angles precisely, but when using a string fastened in the front wheels I can put on finger under the string in the front of left rear tyre, and about half that gap on right wheel. Guess it's about 10 and 5mm. Will measures tomorrow.
