Clio airbag and pretensioners fired

Not a good day for my son, he has just bought a 51 plate Clio and slid on some diesel today, the car spun 180 and hit the kerb causing the side airbag to deploy and belt tensioner, along with the o/s rear belt. Question is we will get a second hand seat complete with tensioner and airbag, I believe the airbag ecu will need resetting, Is this the case? and what sort of cost is involved? Also i there any sensors to check?

If the airbags deploy the ECU locks so that the authorities can read off details to see what happened. The ECU can be reset, but I don't know who can do this, or how much it costs.
