One of my Blingo's suffered from this problem, a good clean of the contacts sorted it for me.

yes my partner has the same issue but alas i have no power fuse good so its out with the meter tomorrow the haynes manuel is crap so been liiking for the diag to show me the cable colours for both airbag feed and horn alas so far nothing woe is me indeed and i havnt even started on the swing arm bearings yet and winter is setting in eeeeeeek

I struggled to understand what to do to with the screwdriver to get the steering wheel airbag off, or even what size.

its a pain to do gibbo but got mine off in the end standard size and wiggle till u find the clip push airbag then release clip with a further wiggle there are 3 on the partner dont forget to leave ignition off for 30 mins i did an hour to be safe lol i still have no diag of feed cables to my coms so still looking

I was quite lucky, the horn was just intermittent on the right hand push.

After I gave up on trying to get the cover off I pressed the cover into place it worked perfectly on both sides and has since!

then it was the contact point under the airbag i guess lol...... 27gig of diags later all i gota do now is install it all lol
